Below is a list of answers to our most frequently asked questions. Please contact us here if you have any additional questions.

Our days of operation are Monday – Friday, excluding bank holidays.
We operate between the hours of 8am – 6pm (dusk in winter). We are unable to offer a timed appointment slot however, our Inspector will call you on the morning of your appointment with an estimated time of arrival.
We do not offer a drop off service. We can collect from any UK mainland address of your choice, including a work address.

Anyone over the age of 18 can hand the vehicle over however, we would recommend being present as someone will be required to sign the inspection report which may include charges for damage outside of fair wear and tear guidelines.
The insurance will remain your responsibility until a successful inspection has been completed and collection arranged.
After inspection, the vehicle will be collected by a driver, either later the same day or within 3 working days. Should the collection be delayed, we will notify you by email of the date your vehicle will be collected.

Your vehicle needs to hold a valid MOT up until the point the vehicle is collected.
Should you need to amend or cancel your appointment please contact us on 0333 136 1025 before 12pm on the working day before your appointment, any amendments or cancellations after this time may be subject to a cancellation fee which will be issued by your contract provider.
Any sign writing/decals will need to be professionally removed before your inspection date. Should this not be completed there will be charges incurred for the removal.
Dual controls will need to be removed prior to your vehicle being inspected. Should this not be completed, there will be charges incurred for removal of the controls by our engineers and the cost for the replacement and fitment of any damaged items that may be required.
Should your vehicle be unroadworthy or unsafe to drive and we cannot arrange the collection of your vehicle after the inspection, this will incur a cancellation fee from your contract provider.
